Email or password is not correct

Step 1:

Make sure you're using the right email for logging in.
To be certain - try to find an activation email (or any other) from Heartpace inside your mailbox.
Ask your direct manager manager to check out your email in the system for you.

Step 2:

You now know for sure that your email is correct. Then the problem is your password.
Click "Forgot password" button under LOG IN

Next you can input your email and you will get a link for password reset shortly.
Note that the link will be active for 24 hours only!
