We can not find user with such email. Try to login directly via your domain at https://xxxxx.heartpace.com (xxxxx=company domain)

You are now trying to log in via https://app.heartpace.com (the old common domain)

Due to security reasons all companies have been moved to their own private subdomains.

After inputting your email the system should detect to which company you belong to and redirect to your company subdomain.

If that didn't happen, try to do it manually.

The address in your browser should be  https://companyname.heartpace.com
