Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to your company's Heartpace login page. Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.

  2. The page will refresh and show an Enter verification code screen. How you get your code depends on how you set up two-step verification:

If you use an authenticator app (Google or Microsoft Authenticator):

Open the app on your phone and find the code listed for your Heartpace account. Enter it into the code fields on screen, then click Log In.

💡 NOTE: Authenticator app codes typically refresh every 30 seconds. Enter the code and click Log In promptly to make sure it is still valid.

If you use SMS verification:

Click or Send verification SMS on the verification screen. A code will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the code into the fields, then click Log In.

3. Once the correct code is entered and you click Log In, you will be taken to your personal dashboard.

If you can't receive a code

If you no longer have access to your phone number and cannot receive a code, you can send a reset request to your administrator directly from the login screen.

4. On the verification code screen, click I would like to update my phone number.

5. On the next screen, click Send Request.

ℹ️ INFO: Your Primary Company Administrator or Company Administrator will receive the request and reset your phone number.
