If there is a message of email and password being incorrect, please, first of all, make sure you are trying to log in with the very same email you have been registered with. Check if you have a registration email from Heartpace in this mailbox.
If you still have troubles logging in, you can try to reset your password by following the steps:
Visit your company welcome page and click on "Forgot Password"
Enter your registered Email and click the “I am Human” check box.
Click “Send” to request an email with a link for password reset.
Check your email inbox to locate an email from Heartpace to reset password.

The link to reset a password is valid for 72 hours only.Follow the link from the email to set up a new password following password requirements. Once you click on a button "Save", you will get access to your account.

If SSO (Single-sign on) method is activated for your company and you forgot your email and password, please contact your company IT manager.
