About Heartpace Teamtailor Integration

By enabling Teamtailor and Heartpace integration, you can drastically improve and speed up the entire recruitment process by connecting Teamtailor’s applicant tracking system with the Heartpace HR suite. This is done by connecting the system fields in Teamtailor with the corresponding fields in Heartpace.

Ultimately, by matching and customizing candidate/employee fields to HRM fields in the Heartpace system, you can combine different steps and processes, meet unique needs of your company, circumstances, and HR requirements.

Custom Fields

Custom fields are additional fields where you can add the necessary information (job postings / candidate cards). By enabling custom fields, you can get more control over job ads and pull together the relevant information from a candidate needed by your organization.

Custom fields for candidates appear at the top left side of the candidate’s profile – here you can include extra information needed by your organization.

Custom fields for job postings are used to add the relevant information for recruitment processes currently under way.

How to set up a sync from Teamtailor to Azure Active Directory

If your Heartpace platform has enabled integrations with both the Teamtailor and Azure Active Directory, there is an option to set up a sync from Teamtailor to Azure Active Directory.

In order to establish a connection, a custom field called in Teamtailor with the next parameters is to be created:

1. Field Type: Bool.

2. Title: Create in Active Directory.

3. Settings: select “Do not show in filters”.

4. API settings: param checked (API only).
